
Mohamad Masadeh is an independent management consultant specializing in SME’s and citizen engagement with over 25 years’ experience and has worked for over 300 clients. He has extensive experience in business planning, corporate financial planning, financial modeling, participatory budgeting, transparency, citizen engagement, advocacy, social accountability and venture capital investments.
Masadeh is committed to improving the environment for civic space and small businesses. He has been instrumental in the development of many national initiatives and advocacy programs to stimulate positive change in the national economy.
He is currently Chairman of Partners – Jordan, vice chairman of the Free Thought Forum and serves on the Board of the Young Entrepreneur Association and the Institute of Management Consultants. He currently serves on a number of Board of Directors for privately held companies.
He holds a BA degree in Business Administration and Operations Research from Eastern Michigan University.

Hazem is an entrepreneur who ventured into several businesses and currently co-managing two of the businesses he co-founded, the family Pharma Business and Genome Training and Consulting that service the non-for-profit sector. Hazem has 25 years of experience spanning several countries and industries in MENA, Central Europe, and the Far East. He is a strategist more than a tactician.
Hazem is a strong believer in creating a local brand of liberalism that draws from the culture of the Levant. His passion for liberalism is rooted in creating a better world for fellow citizens and future generations. Economy, Responsible Freedom, Freedom, and Religion are his focus.
His spare time is spent with family, the Number 1 priority, reading particular;y in religion, medical sciences and Human behavior and volunteers for FTF and other organizations

Lena Aloul works in the INGOs sector as, The Regional Grants and Programs Coordinator for Eurasia and Middle East regions. Lena mainly works on securing new grant funds and managing regional programs in both humanitarian and development settings, and she is specialized in fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development.
Lena is passionate about liberalism because she believes in freedom, equality, democracy, and rule of law.
Lena has been recognized for her dedication and hard work; as she has graduated with Honors, with both a Master’s degree (International Relations and Diplomacy) and a Bachelor’s degree (Applied English, Linguists, and Translation) from the University of Jordan.
In her spare time, Lena enjoys leading the youth political activism in Jordan, calling for a better representation for the Jordanian women and youth in policy and official decision-making circles. she is currently a member of the Youth Government of Jordan, as a Minster of the National Economy.

Dania Abdallah Odeh, Psychosocial support officer who works for UNICEF.
Dania is passionate about liberalism and politics because she firmly believes that policies are not meant to be drafted and forgotten on the shelves of luxurious offices.
Bringing with me a skill set developed over the years while being fortunate to professionally grow in an international multi-cultural environment and insights, experience, stories, and knowledge about the situation of a surviving peaceful and resilient country responding to the devastating consequences of the surrounding conflicts over the years.
Dania graduated from the University of Jordan and currently she is a master’s student.
In their spare time, Dania enjoys Hiking, climbing, and cycling. Dania currently lives in Romania.
